Kandi Cota products are shipped worldwide. Domestic purchases ship via Fedex Ground, Insured with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time is two to five days from the ship date in the United States.
International shipping
Packages will be sent via Fedex or DHL International Priority.

RETURNS
30 Days to Return
All returns must be notified within 30 days and a Return Authorization will be sent to you.
Return Cost
Restocking fee of 15% for case returns after 10 days.
